QUESTION: I know the law says a notary cannot charge travel fees, but I’ve seen on the forums that a company CAN charge travel/convenience/call fees. So basically if a notary set up a legal LLC Company then they can charge for travel fees through the LLC company but if they don’t have an LLC company then they cannot. Is that correct?
