Adv Christina Dias who is the advocate for petitioners in many Assagao land grab cases, has alleged that an Advocate & Notary has been responsible for all fraudulent mutations before the mamlatdar. She also alleged that sale deeds done by her linked to the Assagao properties are also fake. She further alleged that the advocate and notary is linked to 4 gangs which are selling properties and she herself has done verifications, affidavits and sale deeds of persons who are dead. Adv Christina Dias questioned why the notary’s license should not be cancelled.
