I have used the process many times to effect the "involuntary transfer of Motor Vehicle Title's". The end of the process provides the claimaint with A Notary Certificate of Dishonor/Default valid in any Court in the Country.
@MercifuILordVoo It works only in the sense that you can get a sense of satisfaction if you are sufficiently deluded. Otherwise, the "process" produces a "judgment" that is perfectly meaningless.
