Today, McBride is headed back to federal prison after prosecutors said he cashed bogus checks and refused to cooperate with his parole officers following a 2004 bankruptcy fraud conviction.
That man sat in a prison with $1,000,000 bail 10% for 9 months until he finally could go to trial to prove his innocence. The state had no evidence, actually knew he was innocent but cared more about their conviction rate rather then justice and tried him anyway. He got a non-guilty verdict but after getting out of jail lost EVERYTHING. The police impounded his vehicle which now was destroyed illegally. Don't talk about legal and illegal when the government is corrupt and illegal themselves!
Actually, it isn't garbage. Let me tell you a story, a true story. A man was arrested because he was going to court to present evidence that the woman's husband was abusing children, the man's children. The woman was his Ex-Wife and the abuser was the woman's new boyfriend. Now as he walks into a courthouse to tell a judge what was happening with a recording of his daughter talking about the abuse, he was arrest for ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE! Yes, attempted homicide!
