I must admit that because I believe so much in the LSS program, I want every aspiring Loan Signing Agent to take the course. However, as Mark says, he fully understands that he cannot be all things to all people and that not everyone will take his course. Likewise, we must understand that we too cannot be all things to all people, so we should maintain our authenticity and find those people who want to work with us. We must change our employee mindset which is thinking that everything is going to go smoothly. It is important to instead have a business mindset which understands that a “ roller coaster” is all part of the journey. This is a marathon and not a race.
