Allegations on the honesty of Imran Khan. Another clarification, which many people dont know pronably. I'K's BaniGalla House is divided in 2 separate portions, which are completely independent from each other: one portion on the north side is a private house and the on the south side, lower side is used as party office. Each portion has its independent electricity, energy and water connections. This office part has been given to PTI free of cost by IK (owner) and he does not claim any rent for this office from the party budget/funds. Party members donate the money to run the expenditures of this. BANIGALLA office. There are some permanent employees and IT people paid by PTI budget. There is also a kitchen in this office, which is financed by party budget. When IK gives interview(s) to international or local media or party meetings are held, this party office Banigalla is used but not at the private Banigalla house of IK. There is no direct connection between private housing- dwelling and party-run office at Bannigala. Very shameful act of baseless allegations by ex PTI member (Justice Sxxxx) and I agree with the Jahangir Tareen's tweeted honest clarification. Same is true about other party fundings. IK has enough financial resources to run his household and house maintenance. As you know, he is not a money-spender and his way of living is so simple which is sometimes regrettable due to his status ex- international cricketer. A man who offers a cup of tea without snacks or biscuits to his family guests, how can you blame him as a dishonest man. Very very sad allegations and heartbreaking and demoralizing for me, though I have nothing to do with politics…..These false allegations must be condemned so strongly as it is possible. My statement can be used and published freely by anyone because I have its knowledge from a trustworthy source. Trust me. Thank you.

To be fair to notaries, there is a difference between verifying a copy, and a declaration. When verifying a copy, they view the original and confirm that the copy being notarised is a true copy. For a declaration they just verify that the document containing the statement was signed by the person in front of them.

When Judge's son went to UK I did commented in some of the Blog that he has taken a new signed Affidavit by hand to get it notarized so it can be submitted in Pakistan court because the original signed earlier is in UK appeal submitted.
