  1. I’m still waiting on my commission certificate here in Florida but have already taken my RON course and exam. I will be taking my state’s course and exam for loan signings on Friday when I get paid. Because I am caregiving for my dad staying home to do general notary work as a RON would make more sense but I do want a taste of the money that’s made in traditional wet signature signings. I may end up taking a hybrid approach until the market really shifts to e-signings but I want to be educated and approved by my state so I’m ready to take on any opportunities that come up.
