Submit application, Bond and fee ($25 app and $18 filing fee) to SOS via snail mail (ensure your printed name matches on the app & Bond as well as the signatures) 5. 4 – 6 week processing time If accepted, Notarial Commission will be sent by mail to the address on the application. Your commission term is for 4-years This commission certificate must be presented to your stamp maker when ordering your seal.
