Get a P.O. Box for your business mail. I just got one yesterday $104 per year. I formed in Delaware for tax benefit purposes and have a registered agent there. They upload and email all my mail to me. They are also nationwide. I believe I pay about $90 per year. Not bad I have been using them for 3 years.
I get my mail sent directly to me. It isn't much to go through. I get more random unsolicited junk mail than anything pertaining to my businesses.
Shred the unwanted mail and keep on going.
Wow that’s messed up. I think registered agent is just another leach trying to get money from your business to fill their pockets.
I'm my own agent and I don't get any more "junk" mail than any other time.

You don’t have to have a registered agent. And the registered agent would need to have access to your email to check if they send you anything that way.
I have a decent registered agent here in Texas. $39 per year to receive service of process and notices from the state. They have a pretty good portal for viewing/paying invoices and requesting additional services. Regular everyday mail goes to my street address.
Get a virtual address.
I am my own registered agent in Florida. I don't not receive an overwhelming amount of mail. Just a few pieces a week.
I only got a registered agent to use their address and to lower initial fees. In NY there is a publication requirement that could cost a couple hundred dollars based on where you register. The registered agent uploads about 5 documents for free per year. Definitely going to remove the registered agent and switch to my business address after this year plus set a calendar reminder to pay my biennial LLC fees before they're due.
